Pros

Met some good people along the way

Cons

Micro managed, expectations were unachievable. This expectation created for stressful and overwhelming work days. This job is definitely not intended for someone who has children or intends on having any kind of life outside of work. Expect to be lied to when working for this company.

Pros

Flexible schedule for the most part. Appears laid back and friendly initially. Given laptop, phone and basic supplies. Hourly instead of per visit which benefits full time employees not necessarily part time or casual.

Cons

Too many "chiefs ", more administrative staff than field workers. Very punitive environment. Every mistake is published to group emails which are absurd. Catchment area is too large for amount of staff.
