Adoration, like many Hopsice/ Home Health companies in Tennessee, has a problem with hiring people who are not white for key roles.
For example this company has turned down several great candidates because the person in charge of reviewing the applications starts by looking for a picture of the applicant. They feel that WHITE people have a better chance at establishing relationships with potential clients than a person of color in TN.
If you are lucky enough to get one of the key roles as a person of color it is usually because the area you are working in has more people of color in the community.
This is the definition of systemic racism. When you as a company practice only hiring a person for a position based on the color of their skin you are contributing to the problem that exists throughout our community.
Just look at there Executive team and the Regional Directors if you question the validity of my labeling.
I do not make this accusation lightly. This comes after multiple conversations with former employees and people who are actively seeking employment opportunities now.
