Management doesn’t just tolerate abusive behavior, they actively ignore serious issues, even when reported, creating an environment where employees feel powerless. Instead of offering empathy or support, some managers deliberately add unnecessary stress and toxicity, making daily work life unbearable. Without a doubt, this is the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced.
