      Pros

      You definitely get some bonuses which are substantial in regards to salaries in Romania. 1st Friday of every month is a free day.

      Cons

      Technology-wise, is way behind. They sell the company as being a "startup", it hasn't been in years and everything you do, as a developer at least, it's bound to a ticket. You want to change something in code? A ticket, you want to release something in development environments - ticket... and so on. I haven't had some spare time in a while, so you'll always have work going on, lots of improvements to do and so on.

      If you're looking for a workplace defined by micromanagement, gaslighting, a lack of transparency, and a dictatorship-style leadership, this is it. Management doesn’t just tolerate abusive behavior, they actively ignore serious issues, even when reported, creating an environment where employees feel powerless. Instead of offering empathy or support, some managers deliberately add unnecessary stress and toxicity, making daily work life unbearable. Without a doubt, this is the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced.
