Pros

US benefits are relatively decent.

Cons

Extremely political environment. Witnessed upper management bully subordinates. No true go to market strategy for the US. Very little brand recognition in the US. Believe the acquisition by Pandora has stifled any potential growth in the US market. Lack of structure in team leadership which leads to jockeying for position and recognition. Wasn’t EVER paid my bonus in full even when I superseded the assigned KPIs. POOR management style.

Pros

Good platform which I found easy to understand.

Cons

Being Italian I thought I could blend in with my colleagues very easily as I speak several languages. But my boss (both French) we're very unprofessional and I felt bullied when asking questions. Being new I needed their support but felt bad asking questions or even sending emails. Also there is so much micromanagement with emails constantly checked. I felt the HR department was really poor and are not on your side and take days to respond to any queries. The London office is also very dull and no audio was allowed despite being an audio specialist! Training is stressful with role play not done well and affects your confidence. I wouldn't recommend working here.
