too much political behavior from everyone instead of really working as it is preached in the interviews; some weird smell in the entire romanian office; no free parking anymore in the new office - you have to pay for it if and only if they give you a spot; the office manager is very frustrated and has her relatives in the company and this is the reason, i think, for very VERY bad management attitude towards the rest of us; the executives that do come here often are kept in the dark -still they are not so great also... there is this hackers startup culture but with romanian flavor for being lied and manipulated all the time; small salaries

The company culture is sick. They hire and change product owners every few months. The product team is led very poorly, with zero focus on customer and no real product management experience at the management level. The focus of the company is to survive one more quarter, not to bring value to the customers or in the market.
