Micromanagement by senior leadership has lead to key people leaving the company over the last few years. They don't like to hear negative feedback. The company changes direction every other year, rather then fixing issues with existing products. The company is really cheap.

Deceitful on real bonuses and equity. HR spins a story on having amazing bonuses, such as 25%-30% quarterly. However, no one in the company has made over 10%. They say this to attract good talent as retention rates are low. Management is a joke. No clear structure on who owns what and micromanagement is driving employees insane. The other reviews about micromanagement are accurate. Additionally, everyone here is burnt out. The office in San Mateo, CA is so horrible. The WIFI never works, the bathrooms are always flooding and the entire office smells like poop. The company is too cheap to invest in a better working environment. Extremely weak culture. Poor internal communication, a lack of team spirit and morale in the office, no WFH policy, most of all a toxic behavior by management. This includes bullying employees, especially if you're female and making demeaning and hurtful statements.
