Good environment for growth, the managers are looking to continuously grow my career with goals and development. The other employees are willing to answer questions and help out when I need them to. Opportunities to grow outside of my current function if I would like. Meetings are kept to a minimum with calls and emails.

Cons

Limited snacks or variety of food offered. Team building should be improved.

Advansix is a great company with great people. I enjoyed working for the company. I would recommend this company for anyone seeking a collaborative workplace, with strong values and leadership. This company values diversity and has an open, honest environment. The only reason I left was for a unique opportunity that couldn’t be provided at Advansix.
