Alot of the workers are friendly and seems to care about each other.

Cons

Management has big ideas but not will to spend to update or modernize. Almost zero advancement opportunities. Horrible benefits.

Interesting work, many good people

Cons

Management shifting from a large to small company mentality. Some key managers very territorial making team work difficult. Very reactive environment, all long term planning has ceased. Be prepared to jump when they yell frog.
