      Low Pay No Way!

      Hour lunches and most holidays off

      Cons

      training for 8 weeks consists of reading powerpoints on a computer and taking a test on it. No real hands on training. you will spend all your time and energy there with no return. Extremely low pay. no growth after becoming a center manager and even trying to become one they'd rather promote people they've recently hired instead of the people who've been with the company for a while

      Pros

      I was able to influence and coach a large variety of people. It was fulfilling to watch them grow as team members into leaders.

      Cons

      Too many LP issues. Too much product diversity. Underpaid employees resulting in lack of ownership of positions. Motivation by fear by upper management.

      Very consistent schedule Consistent clear expectation on performance. Bonuses based on performance. Very limited product offerings. Very easy "sales". Paid vacation.

      Cons

      Collections as a job function is laughable. Poor training. Low pay. leadership seems to have a purely sanitized and technical view of business operations. Punished for outside factors changing business performance. Inability for company to replace coworkers in a reasonable and timely manner.
