Pros
Short Saturdays, off Sundays, 9 paid holidays, sick time and vacation. This is a good building block job for a lot of people but I wouldn't make it a career just a learning Stone and something to help build a resume
Cons
Marketing in your personal vehicle with little mileage reimbursement, they don't want you to have high bad debt but continue to lend to the same repeat customers who never pay on time and always contribute to the centers bad debt, promoting people who don't deserve it only because they put in a 2 week notice, so they promote to keep them, when they have employees who work there and haven't threatened to quit, that actually deserve the promotion. Bonuses sound good but there's too many stipulations to them, hours get cut down to 36 an hour EVERY 2-3 quarter. With only 2 people per center for most of them if your sick its like pulling teeth to get someone to cover so you can be out,
