I constantly felt guilty about the customers coming in. And the outrageous interest that we were charging them

Cons

Constant changes in procedures Business ethics are almost nonexistent. People are made to feel like they are forcing customers into things they may not want Pay is not enough on its own, you need to make bonus in order to feel like you are getting somewhere financially

Pros

Good work life balance, if you get the right DO you can run your division without micromanagement. The company dose care about the team members and their opinions.

Cons

Lots of changes made in the last 2 years at the company. Executive Managment didn't let team members learn the new products before they threw another one out without supporting the prior change.
