      Well I guess it was a steady paycheck

      Underwriting? What the hell is that? No legal action on defaulted loans? Say it ain’t so! Let’s offset bad debt with more fresh meat! This company will be bankrupt and shut down in 5-7 years thank God!

      Easy company to work for, reasonable job expectations,

      Didn't always feel safe of robery as alot of times you are working alone. They would have you close the location for lunch breaks

      Pros

      Advance America offers paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. The pay is good for entry level positions that of not require a degree. Your schedule can be some what flexible. There is room for some advancement. I haven't met anyone who works here that isn't friendly, both at center level and in corporate.

      Cons

      The benefits could use some tweaking. Advance America does not contribute to employee 401K's. Those that use the medical insurance claim it is expensive and not the best option.
