Benefits are good. Monthly Bonus(if you can achieve the unrealistic goals set).
Cons
Always short staffed in the centers. Not able to take vacation due to being a skeleton crew majority of the time! Doesn't take proper measures to ensure Center Employee Safety! No Work/Personal Life Balance. Management will tell you one thing and turn around and do another! Management Pins Employees against each other! Management will gossip about other employees to other employees! NO Transparency with customers or employees about Data Breach of Personal Info in Feb 2023. Racists in Florida Leadership. If you arent Spanish or Speak Spanish they will treat you differently!
