The hours are stable, that is the only good thing

Cons

They play favorites. You get ahead by having sex with management. Depends solely on the management whether you work or not. They hired me knowing I was going to school. I went for a few semesters then new management didn't want to be inconvenienced so I was forced to quit my job. And calling corporate gets you serious retaliation. They refused to let me work my last day. I worked there for 2 years and just got repeatedly screwed over.

Love the hours, pay isn't to bad for the industry, work isn't bad just tedious and boring at times. Great co workers and DDO, and very flexible.

Cons

No room to advance unless you want to drive far. Few employees per center so you are on your own a lot. Ever rotating staff.
