      Great hours of operations, could be a great job if management would do half the work that the CSR does but as of now not the case

      Cons

      The management needs to respect the work done done by the CSR and keep in mind that they may know more than you think.

      Stable company looking to further the industry and improve the image through education, customer stories, marketing, actively involved with lawmakers. Pay and professional appearance are better than most in the industry.

      Cons

      Owned by a Mexican based company so profits leave "America," teaches situational leadership but not followed above a certain level. Inconsistent in accountability.
