Cons

Terrible company to work for.... they have unrealistic demands and they will write you up for things outside of your control. The management it's horrible and they do not care about their employees.

The only reason anyone would keep their position at AA is the money is good for a semi administrative type of job

Cons

Someone forget to submit your payroll? No rush on getting you paid! The ddo can overnight it but opts not to. No Saturdays off unless you "earn" it. Increase work load but decrease amount of employees you're allowed to have in the center. Starting pay rate is decreasing but they tell you to keep rates confidential so you will never know. The company is really closing in 2 years but they won't tell anyone this.
