      Customers, clean centers and insurance

      Cons

      Constant change, DDO does not promote a team and uppermanagement leads by fear and intimidatation. Constant turnover. Don't see how it helps especially the elderly and fixed income customers. Title loans are a joke and rip off.

      People in the stores are nice. Some nice customers. Sundays off.

      Cons

      They are closing stores and doing layoffs. They keep the employees in the dark until you find out your store is closing and then you have 3 weeks of your job left. The workload has doubled while cutting payroll in the stores. Stress!!!

      Pros

      Vacation, most holidays off. Get to dress up like you're going to "A real top professional job" I'd rather wear uniforms "certain colors"

      Cons

      Long hours, every Saturday, collections everyday is ridiculous. The choice given for another job and i am out with no hesitation! We have lives outside of Advance America.
