      Pros

      Steady work schedule, only work with small amount of employees, better than normal starting pay, its nice when you can actually help people who need it

      Cons

      same things everyday, area marketing too often makes it not fun especially when weather is not decent, rude people, unrealistic goals

      Pros

      Set schedules, good overall management experience. Pretty simple job as long as you don't mind making collection calls as the company stipulates mandatory minimums. However it depends on your managers, I've heard of horror stories from other districts...

      Cons

      Pay. It's barely over minimum wage and yet you have a high risk of robbery and especially while your closing the store alone. I've been there for a year and I've seen probably 5 or more stores in my region get robbed by gunpoint.

      Sundays off. Major holidays off.

      Cons

      You only move up if your friends with management not based on your work. They want you to get involved with community by working off the clock. No overtime.
