Pros

Closed on Sundays. Off most nights by 7:00. Work alone or with one or maybe two others.

Cons

The industry is not very reputable......I had a hard time "selling services" to the clients. This company must come first as management does not seem to understand the meaning of having a family. Must work most Saturdays...very hard to get two days in a row off.

Pros

None really I have been with Advance America going on six weeks, I was not thoroughly trained and after three weeks put into my center. Left alone to run the center from 9 am to 7 pm on the busiest day of the month without lunch or break the customers and myself were very frustrated

Cons

The Ocala Florida area is way under staffed- the employees are all unhappy and seeking employment elsewhere. the stress is too much, long hours, left alone to run the store
