      Started well enough. Lots of great people.

      Cons

      High turn over rate in the field and upper level management. Poor communication to field employees about significant changes. Raises are a joke. Unrealistic expectations. Company and competitors are all slowly going under - lack of future job stability

      Expected to perform added job duties with no increase in pay. The number of collection calls expected to be completed each day is unrealistic.
