      Pros

      The staff I worked with was great. We cared about each other and we had a true sense of family. There were only four of us.

      Management does not care about their employees. This may not be the case for all locations but at this one it is ture.

      The customers are the best part about the job! And some co workers...

      Cons

      long hours, your job is constantly threatened, VERY hostile work environment. The DDO for 3-4 is very racist! If your black then watch out. If your spouse is black watch out! She will fire you for anything! She doesn't know how to do her job! She has everyone in the division doing it for her. She will let you know shes just there for the money!

      Management is horrible. Pay is horrible. There is no feedback or positive direction. Always understaffed which means you work alone.
