Pros

The only pro is that you get a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Disrespectful management, benefits are well below industry standards, no loyalty, only feedback is negative, stressful environment in both stores and in the corporate office.

Thank you for your feedback. At Advance America's corporate office, we call ourselves Center Support Spartanburg (CSS) because we are here to support the field and work together as a team. In response to your advice, we are have recently moved to business casual attire.

Pros

I didn't see any pros of this company.

Cons

Work hours. Upper management is pushy and make insulting remarks to store managers who don't meet quota. Calling store managers lazy is very unprofessional. The work hours are horrible especially when business is slow. There's no advancement opportunities. Too much favortism.
