      Pros

      Great schedule, awesome supervisor, fabulous upper management who actually care and listen. Over all a great team to work with while being able to learn many new things. I've been taught many things and my goal was to learn more about business and budgeting and this job helps me fulfill my goal to the fullest. What I appreciate most is that the team at a center level can be flexible to my personal life if for some reason something happens that needs to be taken care of. So many workplaces don't care and assign you as a number but from my experience, Advance America is completely opposite and cares about your success.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication can be a little difficult but I see it improving every day.

We are continually striving to maintain open lines of communication from the field to Central Support Spartanburg (CSS).

      I enjoy our customers most are very friendly

      Cons

      Security, upper management insults if you don't sell enough because that puts their job on the line, schedules not enough time for a family life, Only managers get bounses , Short staff I work in a 5 person center we only have 3 employees, Software in the centers are from the 80s so that makes your job harder there is plenty more but not worth it.
