Pros

Working with the public, hours, vacation and benefits were great. The customers were mainly enjoyable, and management was pretty decent, better than some of the other positions I've held prior to this job.

Cons

I don't feel as if the bonuses were distributed fairly.

It is not a difficult job and the hours are decent. They are closed on Sundays, so that will always be one of your days off.

Cons

It can be a little monotonous at times. There is a lot of pressure to collect debts from people, which isn't always pleasant, but it is part of the job.
