      Very easy job and computer system.

      Management shows favortism and will hire management from outside instead of the people who have been working for them previous who have shown interest in management

      Out dated system. Really think we could be paperless All the equipment is outdated or broke It takes really long to get anything replaced or fixed

      It is a job thats they best thing about it is it is a check every two weeks.At my center i would says the best pro for me would be some of my customers(nothing to do with Advance america)

      Work hours for starters,My DDO with her attuide,unable to have family time due to work,company feels as if they kno wats imporant in your lifre more so than you dothis is just a start of cons for me.
