Evviorment is plesant, you get to leave the office now and then for marketing, going to the bank etc

Field Collection Calls!!! I had to go to delinquit customers homes and jobs to attempt to collect money if I could not contact them via phone. Lots of crooked employees, so many get fired for stealing money. buzzer doors for security, we got this not long before i left, two stores in the same industry had shootings in them so they were installed, not always safe. I was tring to recruit someone forever and couldnt hire anyone since no one could pass the background check. you will also make about 100 or so collection calls a day depending on if your customers are paying or not. You basically Loan Sharking since the rate is like 500%, honestly
