      Pros

      The main activities involved the tasks at hand are very straight-forward. You do not often find yourself trying to find answers for unexpected situations since tasks are straight forward.

      Cons

      Outdated technology. The company expects you to meet sales quotas without allowing to simple access of information such as Google.com. You can't even use your cell phone inside the office. Whenever a customer attends another office to advance, you have to "call in" a transfer. Reminder calls are expected to be done daily, in addition to collection calls (unrealistic). Company does not invest much money in lost prevention, and will make associates travel with large amounts of money to and from banks.

      Pros

      The work is not hard if you have drive, like to work with customers and can focus on the bigger picture despite how some of the memos, notes and conversations come across. The hours are actually good.

      Cons

      The pay is not fair! You won't get adequate raises and you just have to deal with it. If you voice your opinion you will be frowned upon immediately. You work with the dated system and customers daily, but are given orders by people who spend little time with customers or operating the systems. You have an enormous work load and are expected to cram it in a 40 hour work week. Even when your store is short staffed. No mercy! Lack of compassionate leaders.

      Is an Amazing place to work. I truly enjoy interacting with team members and customers. I thrive in a results-focused environment... Happy Staff-Happy Customers-Great Results. I believe in working SMART, I believe in Advance America.

      I would say none. All depends on your professional maturity.
