Not what it used to be

Pros

Good vacation time especially the longer you are there. Good health care benefits. Because there is always turnover you have a good chance for a promotion.

Cons

The company values have gone down in the last couple of years. They are putting way too much stress and pressure on their center employees especially the managers. Leadership is not what it used to be. Their main focus is selling not the customers or the employees. They are always understaffed and still expect all tasks to be completed in a timely manner

So far so good... Nothing worse than any other job in retail, obviously they demand committed employees that are willing to give all there time to the company. But that's everywhere in the world of retail.

You get to meet & build great business relationships with your customers. Half a day Saturdays. Hour Lunch. Pretty fair benefits/ins package. Opportunities for advancement

Cons

Not enough pay for work load. Very slim pay increases available at evaluation time.

Pros

The only 2 positive things that I can think of. 1. When you bond with your customer's they become part of your family, 2. Hope that the hiring personnel hires a good co-worker for you.

Cons

There are only 2 people per store which is bothersome due to dealing with cash every day. The hours and the pay do not make up for the amount of personal life you lose. You will never have 2 days off in a row. Be prepared you will be asked to cancel your vacation and work.
