They have wonderful benefits. They show how they appreciate their customers and employees.

Cons

It’s hard to move up and be noticed working with a certain division. Everyone should be able to work as a team and more up lifting.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. We value our employees and set out to promote from within whenever possible. It concerns us that your perception that there is no room for career advancement is not consistent with our internal practices. The past year we promoted many. Unfortunately, in some areas, a promotion requires changing centers or relocating, and we know that these options are not ideal for some. There are many factors involved in promotability to include relocation, tenure, performance, initiative, skill set, etc. If Career Advancement is something you are interested in, please let your management team know to work with you in establishing a career path and development plan that will help you accomplish your goals.
