      Pros

      All banking holidays are paid time off. 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months. 3 sick days. 5 floating holidays so almost 4 weeks paid off yearly. After 5 years its 3 weeks paid vacation plus sick days and 5 floating holidays.

      Cons

      Alot of work is put on the manager. DDO sets your pay so if they don't like you as well as another manager in the area your pay maybe significantly less. If you do not perform well you will be let go quickly. Hardly any recognition when you do well only when you do bad.
