      Pros

      Weekends off, room for growth, east to understand training. Severance pay

      Cons

      No benefits, sick pay and vacation pay minimum. No 401k, etc. Constant closure of locations, was laid off.

      Work life balance was great. The benefits was okay. The ay was great.

      Always on the phone doing collection calls.
