      flexible with school schedule Paid holiday and vacation for full time only Can earn bonuses; if you meet store percentages can file taxes for 25 with company Some customers become like family good work hours horrible co-workers can make life hell

      Cons

      Too much micro management Require staff to do sell multiple products and make phone calls, when store is understaffed. Expect too much from workers with little pay
