Nicest customers you'll ever meet. Very family based workplace with caring coworkers.

Cons

Too many responsibilities with very weak pay. Mangers focus on the errors rather than the hard work one puts into the job. There's a new policy everyday and if you don't follow it, you're threaten with being replaced. No bulletproof glass No recognition for your hard work.

There are no pros. We were actually told by our district manager, when we complained about how things were going, "count yourselves lucky that you even have a job". I guess thats a pro.

Cons

The worst company i have ever worked. There is no room for advancement- not that you would want to. Micromanagent doesnt even begin to describe the management style. Employees are treated like they are expendable. They do not believe in positive re enforcement. You get paid a few dollars an hour and get raises between .10 and .30 once every few years while district managers and on up get a $10,000 bonus at the end of every year. All this money is made by abusing both their employees and their customers. Stay away from this place.
