favoritism always get told what you're doing wrong but rarely what you're doing right promotions go to non-deserving employees unprofessional

it was just a job

Cons

very unsafe, no protective glass between you and the customer, the bank runs were to obvious to any petty crook, the manager I worked under was very unfair with the work assignments and who is suppose to do the bank runs on a day to day basis.
