Pros
Pros? They mm...they let you go home ar least.
Cons
Where to start? I'm seriously amazed by the people who work for this company for years and years. There's little training, yet you're handling financial services for people who clearly have no idea how to manage their money. What's even more amazing to me is how these places even stay in business, considering that every bit of their profits come from taking advantage of people. They pay crap wages, expect you to essentially run the business as if it was your own small business, expect you to do marketing for them and have a complete double standard. Upper management will routinely tell you not to do certain things while doing them in front of you, they expect you to work ridiculous hours and, depending on the location, have half to three quarters of their customers in on a given day and expect you to handle it week after week without a single error. NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. EVER.
