They have a good training program.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the amount of work that is expected. It's a good job to get some experience but I would not recommend it as a career. No room for growth or promotion.

It's a great place to work with supportive upper management. Room for advancement for upbeat people in a teamwork environment.

Cons

Collections can be daunting at times, but still a necessary part of the process. Goals sometimes seem hard to achieve.

Great compensation package with uncapped bonus potential for fully engaged people. Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flex account, benefit time, etc. The company has great leaders willing to mentor their employees to help them excel. Closed on numerous holidays and all Sunday's.

Cons

Open half day on Saturday, heavy administrative duties included.
