Pros

The training program is very detailed and will give a motivated employee the foundation needed to perform routine job functions successfully.

Cons

Added state regulations have made it more difficult to maintain profitability. The results still have to be there, in spite of the many challenges, so employees must be highly motivated to aggressively go after the business instead of waiting on it to come to them.
