Pros

The schedule is pretty flexible and the hours aren't bad. Also, if you have someone that you can get along with working in the store with you that is great.

Cons

Upper management is very incompetent. The company is going through some changes and have been hiring a lot of people from Title Max and firing 13+ year employees. They are not a very loyal company. A lot of their stores are closing leaving many without a steady job. Also, a lot of the time you are left in the store by yourself.
