Pros

My store has the best employees! I love my coworkers and we all work well together. And you get a 20% employee dicount (sometimes they bump it to 40% for a month or two).

Cons

They micro-manage EVERYTHING! They hire people with absolutely NO automotive knowledge. They want you to sell a high percentage of add-ons with no incentive. Daily numbers are sent to management so they can "coach" you on upselling. Yearly raises are laughable. You can not support yourself and 2 children on this yearly income.
