Easy job , Interesting to figure out things

They would rather pay more money to a younger kid over 18$ hr than someone with over 20+ years experience in the business only getting 16$

Pros

Learn to do many duties, Customer service, Inventory control, Commercial sales and delivery, planograms, process cores, defects, FDO, ordering shipping & receiving of parts, training of new employees .

Cons

You do the job of 5 different job titles that pay more and i have had many job titles like Sales Associate, Driver, Commercial Parts Pro, Hub Manager, and Inventory Specialist but i still i get paid minimum wage after 19 years of service.
