Pros
Small staff so you get to know the people you work with ... good and bad. The opportunities are there to learn more about vehicles if you want to. Some loyal customers that help make the days go by faster.
Cons
This should never be a career opportunity. They do not pay well and raises aren’t going to happen. Corporate only cares about the big sellers. Commercial and the RPP. They will give them bonuses for making goal and even offer extra incentives like $50 gift cards for an extra bonus to these two sales people. Everyone else is backups. Only there for the mondain things.
