Pros

If you love cars you get to be around it all day. Pretty relaxed most of the time.

Cons

Management sucks. The company doesn't care about its employees as they should. Kiss the DMs butt if you want to get anywhere in the company.

You are able to transfer if the position is available to wherever you wish under normal circumstances.

Be careful about you availability, you will be scheduled to work all hours...

Pros

Not many I could see.

Cons

Work you bell to bell with heavy amounts of micro-managing. Expect way more than can be accomplished. 7:30-5 hours with a 30min lunch. If you expect to run your own opportunities to increase bonus potential, don't. They dictate every move for you.
