False sense of promise when middle management is involved

Friendly coworkers at store level , customers where very patient when they saw middle management in the store being disrespectful to the works in front of them.

Cons

Middle Management was usually dishonest on goals and objectives as well as rules and guidelines at the store level

Good money and experience, enjoyed my job when I was there

Cons

hiring employees that have no knowledge of vehicles, very stressful when there aren't many knowledgable employees, and it puts the strain on the veterans
