      Pros

      Small company feel in large fortune 400 setting. The company does its best to listen and take care to do the right things by its customers and team members.

      Cons

      The targets set by the company are unrealistic. I know everyone complains about this but the numbers they expect are "grabbed out of the air" and we are held to hit this "made up number" vs. driving comp sales. Company leadership does not understand that sales to target is draining morale at the company.

      Pros

      Giving the public an option for parts is a great motivator for employees. Keeping sales force on the counter is a positive.

      Cons

      Hold your upper management to the same standards that you do to the Store managers and staff. Its difficult to keep motivated when you know that one store is 'getting away' with a policy infraction, and nothing is done about it. The Dist Mgr is not above the law....

      Pros

      High pay (depending on position and experience), great and affordable benefits, good work atmosphere, and co-workers who are great.

      Cons

      Higher ups want sales minimums, even though you cannot control who comes into or calls the store; higher ups are VERY disconnected with the store level; employee retention is almost non-existent; and instead of transferring, they would rather let people go.
