Pros

Great place to work and to learn more about car parts and helping people solve problems with there vehicle.If you enjoy talking with people about cars its a great place to work and meet new people.

Cons

The pay isn't that great for the things you have to do(changing batteries in cold or wet weather etc).Hours usually get cut around winter time when sales are down.Whenever they have item of the month sales the reward for the store with the most sold isn't what it's promised to be.
