      Pros

      The Discount. The Hours are decent. Sometimes!

      Cons

      No room for advancement whats so ever unless your the district leader's buddy. Everything is micromanaged. Lots of promises are made. Says they promote from within which is the total opposite. Does not care about the well being of employees, instead, General Managers constantly pushes you to make sales and sell the featured item of the month (F.I.M.) so "they" can get a nice commision at the end of the month.

      Friendly people in Roanoke, decent middle management.

      Cons

      Too many Best Buy people, no training, no career path in IT unless you move to management, unrealistic expectations for project timelines
