      Pros

      This company has some real awesome people store front. Managers can vary. You get to brush shoulders with Advanced Auto Parts Commercial Customers in doing so you meet some really awesome people and some not so awesome. You can share the years of knowledge you gained working on your own cars and add to it.

      Cons

      This company does not offer a reasonable amount of pay unless you have grown to the Salary side of the company. Hours are wish washy and are highly regulated. Pay checks are bi-weekly. Uniform get beat up quick when your installing batteries in peoples cars.

      Pros

      GREAT benefits, discounts on almost everything, including getaways, Interesting work environment, and gain fast knowledge about the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Hard to fire people when they should be, upper management never hires within always getting employees from sts or autozone, never promote within.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and a good boss. My job is a little stressful at times but it does let up. Outdoor job (but get rained on some).

      Cons

      the pay is lousy. I understand the the paycheck it not the total compensation but now they are cutting the health insurance due to ObamaCare.
