Pros

They will set you up to achieve your maximum potential. There are plenty of chances to advance up the ladder. Every tool you will need will be given to you. Sometimes the company moves slow and you just have to be patient and wait it out.

Cons

Its hard work and like most retail the people you deal with can be jerks. But other then those things there is not a lot of negative.

Pros

Advance teaches you about basic car knowledge, and having patience with people. The pay is very good even for someone with know prior knowledge to any car info. The manager was very understanding and helped with my schedule.

Cons

Being the only girl who worked on my location many customers and sometimes employees would use that against me.

Room to get promoted, Great co-workers, Great discount on parts, Great knowledge gain, Managers are willing to train properly and promote from within.

Cons

Pay could be a little better, They should offer health insurance to part time employees. Be more competitive with pricing of merchandise
