Pros

Just the people you work with on the front line....some really good DL's...but not in my state.

Cons

Micro managing by certain power hungry DL's...upper management who have ZERO automotive background...they promote 99% from the outside...stores understaffed and you pay the consequences...like lose your job....an HR department that is a travesty to the word Human....they always look the other way and NEVER back up the store....motto once was"Best parts our people"...i said once was.....your past effort and success means NOTHING..management almost never gets 2 days off in a row....Sundays are brutal....always understaffed....
